Rapid Runner prints to wrong Tray

I have a report setup to print to print to the default printer on a network printer HP2100. This default printer is setup to print to tray 2 on the printer (there are 3 trays). However, when I print a report from Rapid Runner to the default printer, it does not print to the tray specified in the printer properties, it prints to the first available tray (which ends up being tray 3). This is a problem because we have different types of paper in trays 2 & 3, and it needs to come from tray 2. Rapid Runner is the only program that we have this problem with, all other documents in other software programs (i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc.) print to the correct tray, according to the printer properties.____How do we get Rapid Runner to print to the tray that is specified in the printer properties?____Thank You

What tray is specified in the saved report? Changing what is saved to the correct tray may help here.____Kathleen__R&R Support
