I am trying to create a simple prompt for users at runtime using parameters.____Startdate, what should the validation be, I need >=(date type fieldname)______End date same as above.____I do not get the prompts when running an .rss file from runtime. any help would be appreciated.

Are the parameterr fields actually used somewhere in the report?__If not, you will not see the prompt screen to enter values.____Kathleen__R&R Support

No, but I can easily include____Validation.____Does it still require ctod(riparam(startdate))____and the apporpriate filter?
