Install does not launch

I am running Win XP SP2 and the R&R install does not start.____I got an error running the one in the root of the CD and then tried as it said to execute it from the disk1 folder but the same thing.____I have seen this before with programs built with 16 bit installers but usually the fix on the Microsoft site corrects it. ____Any suggestions. I am anxious to get going with Reportworks.____Nick

That is strange. I install on XP SP2 machines all the time without a problem..____Any other software running at the time you try to install?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Yeah, all kinds of stuff unfortunately. The typical popup blockers, antivirus stuff, etc. ____I need to take a look at them one at a time and shut them off till it works, which will hopefully be the result. Then I can figure out what the issue is.____I will chase this one and let you know what I find out.____Nick
