Distribution Files

I am a software developer and use R&R ReportWorks in my applications. The manual says that I need to distribute the ACFPDF.DRV and OC30.DLL files with my apps. However, I can find these files anywhere on my sytem (Windows XP). Could Liveware email these files to me?____Thanks.
