Duplex Printing

I have been trying to get my report to print two-sided on my Duplex Printer. However, when I set my Printer Properties to duplex, my report always comes out one-sided. The only way I have been successful is to create a PDF first, and then print the PDF two-sided. Is there a trick that I am missing to print a report two-sided directly from R&R Report Designer? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Are you setting the properties from within R&R or outside R&R at the control panel/printer. The later is likely what you need to do.__It has been suggested by another user to create different named instances of the printer so that each one can be used for a specific printer option such as duplexing.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks for your response. What I ended up doing was add an existing printer with DUPLEX saved in the printer properties.
