Edit Query V. 12

It takes about 7 minutes or more to edit [Query] in V.12, it was much faster in V10!!! Help.

Try disabling the Data Dictionary by adding the line:____DICTIONARY=0____in the DEFAULTS section of the file c:windows rw.ini and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

It did not help, .. it is when I APPEND and click on the FIELD [_] .__The report has over one 1000 field.__

We did change the field dialog in V11/v12 to allow it to be sorted and to display additional field information. For most reports, there is not a performance penalty. I will add a bug to our database that we need to relook at our code to see if we can better optimize large field lists.______Kathleen__R&R Support
