Email reports?

Hello,____I need to email a burst report. The report is grouped by store, which is my first group. I need to send each portion to a different address for each store. We need to be able to edit the report so which format should I use RTF? I can send the report to one address in an RTF format without a problem. ____How can I accomplish this?____Can I have the user run it without much input?____Can I print without using the report designer?__

Set reset page to yes for the store grouping and select store as the burst field.__You will also need a database field that contains the email address for each store and this field will need to be used within the report.____MAPI bursting can be used with RTF export but is only available in the designer. Also the selecting Mail Option settings only apply for the current export. They are not retained.____Kathleen__R&R Support__
