Errors in Runtime

Hi,____One of our clients is experiencing difficulty running R&R runtime reports. Everytime she tries to print directly to a printer she gets "Cannot match printer or port in control file".____However, if she previews the report to screen first, she can then press the print button and it prints normally.____Does anyone know how to fix this? ____Chris

What is RI_WPTR set to in the control file?____Kathleen__R&R Support

Hi Kathleen :)____It is set to their standard printer, noted as a UNC Path thus:____\AppserverHP LaserJet 2300 Series PCL ____Thanks____

Is that exactly as the printer name appears in the printer selection list? If it is the user^s default printer you could alternatively set RI_WPTR to DEFAULT.____Kathleen__R&R Support
