"retrieve printing error"

I recently moved R & R Ver 9 to a new computer and copied my reports to the new computer. The original install was on drive c and the new install is on drive d. New reports created on the new install run fine but some of the old reports on the new install give the message "error retrieving printer information".____Thanks for any and all help.____Art

Thanks for the reply. Yes I do have a default printer and yes I get the same error when trying to print. ____I can "export" the report with no problem.____Thanks again____Art

Try saving the report on the new machine and then re-opening it and see if that helps.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Thanks Kathy, saving it didn^t fix but just by happenstance I got rid of some printer drivers that I wasn^t using (I^m on W2K) and that fixed it.____Thanks again for all of your help.____Art
