Exporting HTML via Control File

Does anyone know how to send the resulting output from an R&R report in either HTML or ActiveX format through the use of a control file (text or table)? I have tried setting RI_PRINTER to 13, but RRWRUN didn^t like that. Any help would be appreciated!
