10 + license

Post by GSL » Fri Jul 11, 2003 7:57 pm

[updated:LAST EDITED ON Jul-11-03 AT 08:02 PM (EST)]Does the rrwrun.exe or rrrpt32.dll use up license? We have 10 user licenses and when I use rrrpt32.dll from my vba code to run report, it uses one license (before it didn^t) and after I am done, the license didn^t get released. How can I fix it? Thanks.__

There is a bug in the current release that does cause runtime to seek the use of a designer license. The workaround is to move the runtime files to a directory where the LIC file does not exist.__We are working on a fix for this.____Kathleen__R&R Support

When will you have the fix available? Even the rrw.exe doesn^t not release the user license correctly.
