Multi-Function Printer Problems

We have had ongoing problems with printing R&R Reports to multi-function (printer/fax/copier) printers. The specific model is the HP OfficeJet G85. All other applications on the computer will print fine, but R&R gives an error message ^Problem printing to LPT1^.__The operating system is Windows 98.____I am curious if anyone else had experienced similar problems with the G85 or similar pieces of equipment, and how the problem was solved.____Any thoughts?

I have an OfficeJet attached to an NT server on my network and can print to it from my Win98 machine without a problem.____Kathleen__R&R Support
