Multiple Instance of RapidRunner

Is it possible to run concurrent multiple instances of RapidRunner?____I have a scenario where multiple sets of the same reports are created. The different sets use different Data Sources and output Destinations. When the sets are executed concurrently by different instances of RapidRunner, it appears as though different reports within the different sets are either not executed or the output is not generated.____
