Multiple records from scanned table

We are trying to create a report in R&R V8.1 that scans two tables. That part is easy. What I would like to know is if there is a way to have multiple contact names (which are individual records from one of the scanned tables) on a row. Sometimes there are more than one contact who are associated with the data. We can have the contacts on multiple rows, but that uses up much valuable paper space.____Thanks in advance!____Carrie Crain__Crain Consulting & Design

I have tried that method, but to no avail. That method requires the data to be put in a footer. The records that I^m trying to gather are for header information on the report.____Are there any other ideas or recommendations?____Thanks,____Carrie Crain__Crain Consulting & Design
