Nil Reports

Hi All,____I^m convertng some R&R reports created using R&R 6.5.08 (XBase) to R&R 9.0 (XBase). I^ve run into a problem with a complex statistical report that runs OK in 6.5.08 but not in 9.0.____Basically the report has a variable filter passed to it that excludes records not required in the output. If the filter excludes all records then a blank report is printed using version 6.5.08. In version 9.0 no output is produced at all. It seems that 11 bytes are sent to the printer though. I need to produce some output even if there are no records in the query.____Has anyone got any ideas?

You should see a title and summary band print at runtime even if no records meet your query condition.__I just tried a V9 report and my title and summary did print.__Only exception would be if you added a /H to your command line or if the report contained neither title nor summary.______Kathleen__R&R Support
