ODBC DB2 Wire Protocol Driver Setup

I have been configuring ODBC DB2 Wire Protocol Driver for Report Writer 10+. But when I hit the TEST CONNECT button I have the following message:____[DataDirect][ODBC DB2 Wire Protocol driver]Socket closed____Any advice please.
