On going Printing Isues

I am still having serious issues with Report Writer run time, either crashing out or just not doing anything.____I did the following: (IN R&R ver 10)__1. Set up reports on my PC . They run fine in Designer and Run time__ (RRWRUN.EXE being called)__2. Went out to a New Site and loaded up a few applications__3. All applications print NON-R&R reports fine.__4. Ran the Run time reports__ (All gave ..R&R has encountered a problem......______5. I tried to run the report from R&R Ver 12 Run time__ Nothing Happened____(In this case , on a brand new site, and using a Canon ir C2380/2550 PCL5c printer)__But this is happenong on different sites with different printers____Maybe I am loading the run time incorrectly ?__What Procedure should be followed. __What files are required and where should they be copied to__ ________ __

The minimum file requirements are:__RRWRUN.EXE__RRPD.DLL____if you have both of these you should be able to double click execute RRWRUN.EXE and select a report which you can then send to your default printer.____Kathleen__R&R Support
