PC freezes when print job is submitted from R&R 8.2

Has anyone seen or know of a fix for this problem.____Whenever a print job is submitted to this printer, it is a Minolta digital copier/printer, the computer that submitted the job freezes completely. It happens even time and, it happens one different machines. We can print to other HP printers on the network, but not this one.____My customer is using R&R 8.2 and the computers are Windows 98.____Any help will be greatly appreciated.__

Can you try using a different printer driver?__We sometimes have trouble with some newer drivers.____Kathleen__R&R Support
