Abnormal Viewer termination

(using R&R viewer within an application / Citrix MetaFrame)__The following message appears every time an user clicks on the second button (upper left corner) to print the current page : ^Abnormal Viewer termination^ and the page does not print...____Printing all the report is OK (no error).____Thanks for help. :-)
