I know you are looking for a different solution for PDF file generation. In this day and age of identify theft and security issues, I would recommend that a solution be acquired that allows you to password protect the PDF file generated, via designer and runtime. PDF files are often used to generated reports for emailing purposes and this would be a very nice addition.
