Parameter used in queries

How can I use the parameter field in a query in present yet ignore if empty. For example I have a report that I want to list only people of a certain rank, yet if I leave the parameter field empty it prints all or ignores that part of the query? ______

You can create a calculated field that is based on the parameterr field and then use that calculated field in the query rather than just using the parameterr field itself in the query if you need more flexibility.____Kathleen__R&R Support
