Print Current Page greyed in viewer

Print Current Page greyed in viewer

In version 12.0 and 12.5, for one report I get the viewer displayed but the print current page options is grayed out. The print report button is present. The report is a multiple page report and the navigational buttons work.____I am using a runtime control file and am trying to determine what is causing that option to not be available.____Cliff.

Is it only this one report?__What is RI_WTPR set to in the control file?____Kathleen__R&R Support
