Print first and last record

Morning all,____I have been asked to write a summary report that shows first and last data on the same line ast the invoice totals so it would look somthing like__ From To __From Date To date order no Order no Total Vat G Total __01/01/2004 07/01/04 12345/8 12346/8 100.00 17.50 17.50____Obviousley the current invoice data base is just a list of all the data, can I pick the first and last enteries? ____If so can you give me some pointers please :-)____Regards____Tim

You could create a pre-processed total that is the minimum of the field you are sorting/grouping by and then use that total in a calculated field to grab the other values that need to go on the footer.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Sorry Kathleen, I have not explained myself very well____the enteries in the from and to fields will be the first and last enteries in the database.
