ActiveX Viewer Control problems

Is there a list of DLL^s that are needed for the viewer to work properly? ____I have someone who wants to view a report using IE 4 SP2 and they cannot view the report. The RepViewCtrl Object installs fine on their PC, but the report still shows the "X". Maybe a DLL that normally exists is missing on their NT build?____I can view the reports fine on my NT machine using IE 5.5, but then again I have the whole R&R package installed on my PC.

Report Viewer Control (RRPRVIEW.OCX) version 9, 0, 1, 0. IE 4 SP2.____Same thing occured with viewer version 2, 0, 0, 5 (R&R 8).____I had the user upgrade their Internet Explorer to version 6 and the viewer worked fine.
