Printed picture is not as original

Post by Eldar_(Guest) » Thu Jul 22, 2004 9:41 am

Hi!____My picture is square or round but when I print a report the picture stretches in a vertical direction. So on paper the height of the picture is almost double. ____I_ve used all scaling options in properties of a picture: zoom, crop, stretch. ____Any ideas?__Thanks.__

What operating system are you using?__Can you reproduce the problem on more than one machine?____There was one user who reported a similar problem however I was never able to reproduce it on any of my test machines even when using his report and image file.____The workaround that he finally adopted was to distort the image in the designer so it looked incorrect but then printed correctly.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Sorry for delay. I had another project.____>What operating system are you using?__I have the same situation with: Windows 9x, 2000, XP.______>Can you reproduce the problem on more than one machine?__yes____>...however I was never able to reproduce it on any of my test __>machines even when using his report and image file.__???____>The workaround that he finally adopted was to distort the image in __>the designer so it looked incorrect but then printed correctly.__I^ve done it for ~3 years. I expected that a new release of R&R would fix this bug. I^m using v.10 right now.____Thanks.__Eldar
