Problem with email address report

Hi____I have a problem with a report I have created to export email addresses - whilst it mostly identifies records with emails I am getting 4 out of 175 (records in total) without email addresses! It^s driving me crazy :-(! ____If anyone can suggest anything obvious I might be missing I^d be very grateful!____Thanks ____

Does the email address come from the master file or a related file? Are you sure that the missing addresses have indeed been entered into the database?__ __Kathleen__R&R Support
