R&R 10+ Install(help !found)

I just installed the subject, it went smoothly with no problems -- I told it not to install any xbase option and to install all sql options (including help & samples)____when i try to get help from within R&R via either F1 or the Help menu option I get an ^"rsw.hlp" file not found^ not found. A search via windows search shows no find of rsw.help.____What^s necessary to get "help" to work in R&R 10 ?____thanks,
