R&R 10+ exits

Hi,__ I just bought RR10+ recently and run some reports done from old RR10 demo. While running the report, RR10+ just exit without any error message or something. I have installed and de-installed both RR10+ and RR10 demo. Still the same effect on RR10+ but works fine on RR10 demo. What could be the problem? I^m running it on Win 2000.____Is it possible to request for RR10+ demo just for testing?____Thanks for your help.____Regards,____Ted Velo :(

The is no special demo EXE that is different from the shipping product.__Have you downloaded the 10.1.002 patch to see if that helps?____Kathleen__R&R Support
