R&R 2.0 Error

Can anyone tell me how to correct the following error when launching R&R version 2.0?____"One of the library files needed to run this program is damaged. To repair the damage, reinstall the program."____All the R&R files are located in a network directory and works properly for all other users. There is only 1 Win98 machine that receives this error.
