R&R 8.0 w/ Windows XP

We^re encountering a problem with some customers of ours using reports written using R&R report writer 8.0:____We design all of our reports to use a particular .gif image at the footer of the report as a product logo, which is named trcylogo.gif. A particular customer has upgraded his operating system to windows XP, and now none of their reports work. All of his reports pull up an error message saying "Cannot open picture file TRCYLOGO.GIF".____The reports ran fine, showing the .gif, prior to the customer upgrading to Windows XP. Help please?

Try setting the default image directory in Options->File Settings in the Report Designer to the location where this file resides and see if it helps.__Kathleen__R&R Support
