R&R 9.0

When exiting R&R I get a error message reading ____The instruction at "0x1000037c0" reference memory at 0x00000038" the memory could not be read.____click OK to terminate the application______Any ideas ____Thanks

Try deleted or renaming the file CDINTF.DLL that is in the R&R program directory.____Kathleen__R&R Support

How is this error caused and why does deleting this file help?
