R&R Report Designer 12.0.002 XBase slow after reinstall

I have reinstalled R&R after changing hardware for a user and now the user is report very slow FlexLink Build in Progress____The specific message box is Building FlexLink Index for table Transact.dbf to Trans2.rrx. Please wait ...____I am told this use to take about 5 min, but now is 2 to 3 hours.__The user was migrated to VMware, is there any known issues with the R&R and using within VMWare?____Thanks,__Mark

I use VMWare for a testing environment. The default VMWare settings can slow down ANY program. Increase your video memory and the working memory in your VMWare configuration and you should see a major increase in processing speed. The more memory, the better.____
