R&R Sql Data Source Name not Found

Hi,____I^m setting up R&R on a PC that hasn^t previously run it and keep getting Data Source Name not Found errors on reports that have been tried and tested on other machines. I^ve checked the ODBC driver set-up and it looks OK. What else could be causing this?____Chris.

What version of R&R and is this SQL Server? Are you using a DataSource override in the runtime control file or are you indeed using the saved data source?____Kathleen__R&R Support

It^s R&R Ver 9.0 SQL Server version. I^m not using anything pre-set or saved in the report - I can select the data source when I open the report but it then tells me it doesn^t exist.

In your RSW.INI add a section named Database. And in that section add a line that says:__UseQEconnect=1____That should take care of the problem.____Kathleen__R&R Support

Interestingly the same ODBC driver setup did work OK when I tried to import data into Excel as a test.
