R&R Version 6.0 pritner upgrade

I client of mine has upgraded their printer to HP LJ 2200. Now when she prints her reports she gets an error has to hit ^continue^ at the printer to contine printering the report.

Most obvious question is what paper size has been selected (in about 4 different places !) ie is there an A4 / Legal page size conflict ?__Different place to set a page size include: on the printer itself, if it has defaults; on the R&R report; on the printer properties x at least 2 places depending on the printer driver.__Good luck.
