R&R v9 Report Viewer Distribution

It would be really nice if there was updated information to distribute the R&R v9.0 Report Viewer. It is still freely distributable, isn^t it? All I can find is info for Arpeggio but following the same instructions don^t seem to work; especially in regard to creating a response file. Is there a way to install just the Report Viewer from the CD? Even this would be a welcome feature. Thanks!__
