Arpeggio 2.0 upgrade -

I have inherited the support role for an application system which uses Arpeggio 2.0 as a reporting tool. I am upgrading the application toolset and database, and may need an upgrade on the reporting tool as well. Am I in the right place? ____One more hairy detail - the former administrator did not leave me with the installation software, only the product warranty registration and an old R&R Report Writer version 3.0 manual. I guess I need to get with the new company for a CD. Is there an upgrade patch, would it cost me anything as long as I have my registration info? ____Any suggestions?
