R&R version 10 and TS

hi all,__we have a customer using the runtime and full version of R&R version 10 on a terminal server. users dial in using remote desktop and run reports using the runtime. the error given is "Reporting queued error: faulting application rrwrun.exe, version 0.0.0.0, faulting module winspool.drv, version 5.2.3790.0, fault address 0x00003aba". No other applications are giving this error and we print from our foxpro application just fine. any help/pointers much appreciated.__Slán__~M________Mark

What is set as RI_WPTR in your application? Can users run RRWRUN.EXE directly and select and view reports?____Kathleen

there are several users logging in from different areas all with their own printer. also users in two location can create reports as well.__Slán__~M________Mark

hi,__i am not sure how to find out if the RI_WPTR is set or what it is set to. the users from our application click on a report from a list and then R&R runtime is called which runs up the report. a few of people also have access to rrw.exe to create reports but only 2 people i think.__Slán__~M________Mark

If the user gets a Print dialog where they can select the windows printer, have them try using the Properties button from that dialog just prior to printing and see if that makes any difference.____Kathleen__R&R Support
