R&R with Win7 64 bit

We are have problems where the run time can^t find the rslib.dll although it is in system32, this occurs on some Win7 PCs but not all. Does anyone know what the problem may be?

Try putting it in Windowssyswow64 or in the same folder as the runtime executable.
