Kathleen__I have a customer, That is running a Win2K pc service pack4. They are running on a novell backbone. I get a message from R&R Saying "RRWRUN.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program. An error log is being created.____I have checked and found the errors in the windows event viewer.__The first One of the errors reads__"Printer Driver Amyuni PDF Converter 157 for Windows NT x86 Version -2 was added or updated. Files acpdf157.dll, pdfui157.dll, acfpdf.txt."__The second error is__"Printer R&R PDF Export"__The third error is __"Printer R&R PDF Export is pending deletion.__The fourth error is __"Printer R&R PDF Export was deleted.____Every time I run the runtime I get the same series of errors.____BTW the report is to run to the screen but it doesnt get to the Screen printer file prompt, before it errors.____Keith
