Attaching Master Table in v12

Have installed version 12 as a network install and tried to create a blank report. On selecting the Master Table for the report a message is displayed "Must specify additional parameters". Click ignore to this message and another is displayed "Data dictionary is not available or installed correctly. Call for Support. Dictionary field update file is missing or was not created."____Have reinstalled but this made no difference. Also looked through the Help but these errors weren^t listed so any assistance would be much appreciated.______Thanks

Add the line:____DICTIONARY=OFF____to the DEFAULTS section of c:windowsRRW.INI and these errors will go away.____Kathleen__R&R Support
