Report Dictionary error

I am using rr ver 10 sql runtime and am getting "Error opening report dictionary file" ____How do I correct this? Is there a line in the rsw.in file I can add to correct this error?____Thanks __Richard

Add the line:____DICTIONARY=0____to the DEFAULTS section of c:windows sw.ini______Kathleen__R&R Support
