SOLUTION to "Print Current Page"

Hi Kathleen,____Thanks for your help before (Printing R&R10 on Citrix Server). I^ve worked out what the problem is.____"Print Current Page" function fails because there is a limit, which I believe is hard-coded into RSWRUN.exe, of the printer path
ame field.____This limit appears to be about 40 characters long, which you would assume is more than enough. Except for the fact that Citrix interprets client printers by appending various bits of data to the printer path/name, especially when using Anonymous logins and universal print drives, and the printer path/name can grow way above this 40 character limit. This limit doesn^t apply when printing the report in full.____I have developed a work-around to the problem for now. But it would probably be good for R&R to remove this limit in the next release/update so that the software can be fully Citrix compliant.____Thanks____Paul

I know that we corrected this length restriction for printing a report but maybe we missed something for print current page. I will have the developers take a look.____Kathleen__R&R Support
