Scan on header level

I would like to do a scan relation at the header level only.____IE:__I have records sorting by company and then division. For each company I would like to scan to get all of it^s contacts.__Group 1 = Company__Group 2 = Division__At present, my contacts are coming out each time the division changes. I^d like to scan only after the company header prints.____Is this possible?__Will____
