Shortcut with @ sign and CMD

Post by RoyP » Wed Oct 19, 2005 8:26 am

Hi,____When using XP after keing the correct information in the ^Target^ and ^Start In^ boxes of a shortcut in order to call RRWRUN and saving it. When I subsequently view the Properties of the Shortcut anything after and including the @ sign is not shown, yet the shortcut will work correctly i.e. call the ppropriate CMD file, it is imperitave that I am able to view this information for debug purposes. Any ideas why XP stops the entry being veiwed and what I need to change?____PS____/Tmyreport.TXT works fine and is displayed by XP as expected also so does Windows 2000 also displays the Terget content following the @ and /T entries____Help please __

Maybe someone else can answer this one? My knowledge of XP shortcuts is limited to just plain old user knowledge with no particular expertise in that area.____Kathleen__R&R Support
