V11.1 continual errors

Having recently upgraded to V11, and then yesterday to V11.1, I am experiencing the same continual errors on three separate machines, one brand new Dell out of the box with no other software installed. ____Starting the SQL version, and then exiting without doing anything generate a GPF and an error message to Microsoft. Opening one report, and then opening another, choosing to save the first, generates the same error with R&R shutting down.____I am baffled, I can see machine configuration playing a role if it were on one machine, but I have tried three. Simply opening and closing an application (no report even having been chosen) should not cuase a general protection fault...____Does anyone have any ideas as to what I may need to change... I ran throught the standard install, choosing the dbase, SQl server and DD sql drivers.____Thank-you__ Darin__

Edit the files c:windows rw.ini and c:windows sw.ini and in the Defaults section add a line that says:__PDFDRIVER=0____Save the changes, re-start R&R and you should be able to close without crashing.____Regards,__Kathleen__R&R Support
