V9 Rapid Runner
Has anybody been able to use this successfully. Each time I enter a report and try to run it, I run into two specific problems.__1.The default scope is incorrect. Loscope should be 5/1/2001 and hiscope should be blank. Instead it shows the hiscope as 3/01/1600.__2.Whenever I attempt to run the report, either at the prescribed time or via preview, I get a Rapid Runner error message "Overflow".____Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. ____RHS

Do you indeed have a date master index in the report?__Does this work correctly from the report designer or from a runtime shortcut that prompts for scope?____Kathleen__R&R Support

The report works just fine when I run it from the designer. It seems that the problem occurs whenever I try to run any report that uses a date as the master index, if I have a loscope specified, but leave the hiscope blank. Rapid Runner picks up 3/01/1600 as the hiscope. That is when I get the error.____Thanks for your assistance.____RHS

I just tried this with a report that has a date master index and it does indeed want to use 3/01/1600!____I will get this fixed for you.__Send me your email address so I can let you know when the fix is available.____Kathleen__R&R Support__email: kfleming@livewarepub.com

My email address is RSeidman@metrogroupinc.com.____The work around for this is to enter a hiscope sometime in the future. Then the report will run.____When you come up with a solution, please let me know.____I thank you in advance.__RHS
