Version 10 release

I received Version 9.0 after brow beating my IT person for the last 6 months. Now Liveware is sending me post cards and fax materials about the new & improved Version 10 upgrade. Based on what I see - it sounds good - but have used Version 9.0 since 9/20/02 - my question is: Can I return V9.0 and get V10.0 ? The upgrade price of $250 seems a little high for using it less than 3 weeks...____Who should I talk to?____Thanks for any help on this item...____
