Where is the error log file located

I have a user who received the following error when saving a report:__RRW.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart hte program. An error log is being created. I can^t locate the error log, can someone please tell me where it is? Thanks.

It is a windows application log file and its contents are not really instructive in correcting the error.______To avoid this error add the line:__LIBRARIAN=OFF____to the DEFAULTS section of the C:windowsRRW.INI or C:windowsRSW.INI for the SQL version.______Kathleen__R&R Support
