XP Account Printing Errors

We are able to run our Version 10.0.011 in runtime mode on one of our computers running Win PRO XP logged on as administrator but we cannot run the identical report logged on as a normal user. Anyone else run into this one ?

What error do you get?__Have you tried removing the file CDINTF.DLL that is in the R&R program directory?____Kathleen__R&R Support

We have removed that file but still having errors
