text on each line

Hi all.__I have users using r&r and they have letters with data in them.__the problem is that when they go to add a little to the text it each line of text is independant of the next.__so They need to adjusts each line seperately.__Is there a way around this?__Let me know if I can give you any more information.__Thanks__Shayne

You could put the text in a separate text file, attach this file to the report and then place it on the layout as wordwrap.____Kathleen__R&R Support
